Memorable stay with friendly staff

The warm greetings at the front desk made us feel at home. The spacious rooms were a treat after long days by the clean beach.

Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, lacking variety over our five-night stay. Breakfast choices felt repetitive and could have used more flair.

The vibrant food choices, especially the delicious grilled fish and fresh sushi options, made every meal enjoyable. The ambiance around the bar was inviting, and the staff's friendliness truly enhanced the experience. However, the evening entertainment wasn't quite my style, as it felt more tailored for couples and families. The room, while comfortable, had a few maintenance issues that needed attention. Also, the location, while beautiful, had limited access to shops outside the resort.

During my short stay as a solo traveler, I enjoyed the peaceful vibe and the beautiful ocean views from my room. The evening meals were a highlight, especially the grilled fish served with a variety of sauces. I also appreciated the amazing guide who helped me connect with nature, making my experience even more enjoyable.

Nice water sport facilities, especially diving and snorkeling options. Room cleaning needs improvement. I found dirt left behind.

I spent three wonderful nights at Turtle Bay Resort in a Standard Double Room. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and eager to help. The food is delicious and fresh with a wide variety, especially at the buffet. I appreciated the vegetarian options and enjoyed the cocktails at the bar. The layout of the hotel is pleasing, with a lovely beach right outside. There are two pools. one quiet, great for relaxing, and one for more active guests, both well-maintained. My experience with the massage services was excellent and worth trying. On the downside, I found the airport shuttle service overpriced, which was a letdown. It's also worth noting how persistent some local traders can be around the pool area, which can be distracting. Overall, I loved my stay and can’t wait to return.

At Turtle Bay, I loved the beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. The beach and activities were enjoyable. The Wi-Fi needs improvement and the tennis court could use some maintenance. A nice stay with a charming atmosphere.

Turtle Bay Beach Club features charming, traditional-style buildings with high makuti roofs, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay tailored to our needs as seniors.

We had such a fun week here! The room was comfy, and the staff were super friendly. The food was fresh and yummy, especially the snacks at the bar. We were happy we could escape to the quiet pool without kids splashing around. The late-night music got a bit loud sometimes, making it hard to relax.
